Hi, I'm Chrystal!

With a background in writing, I've always been drawn to photography's ability to pick up a storyline when words fail us — those instances of indescribable emotions, tiny details that go unnoticed, or treasured memories that would otherwise fade over time.

It wasn't until I became a mother when I truly began to cherish the art of visual storytelling. After welcoming our first child in 2011, I tucked my pen behind my ear for safe keeping and picked up a camera.

The rest is history.

I currently reside outside of Boston, MA with my husband and four boys (yes, FOUR!) who keep me on my toes. When I'm not behind the camera, I work as a communications coordinator at a private fitness facility and teach swim lessons. Off the clock you can find me in the stands at a hockey rink or on the sidelines of a soccer field, cheering for my favorite lil' players.
